Bells and Shells

“Mary, Mary quite contrary how does your garden grow? With silver bells and cockle shells, and pretty maids all in a row” Inspired by the famous nursery rhyme, the “Bells and Shells” sweater is a simple and feminine, yet still cozy and easy to wear. The dropped stitch lace pattern that borders the bottom hem and sleeves is reminiscent of the cockle shells native to the shores of Scotland. Knit from the bottom up, this sweater makes for quick yet entertaining knit. Perfect for those chilly spring days.
